Shipping policy
Non-custom orders are shipped out within 72 hours of purchase. If the order size is huge, it will take a little longer to prepare.
Custom orders may take up to 14 business days to make.
Orders are sent directly from either Singapore or China. Shipping costs are affordable and vary depending on the size and weight of your order, and are calculated at check out. We provide excellent, reliable shipping services within the United States, to Canada, and the rest of the world. All shipping services include tracking information.
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
